Disinfo Diet

As many generations before us, we've all been put on a strict disinformation diet. Decades of mind-controlling disinformation has moulded humans into sub-animals. Unlike animals, humans have language, are confused by it and no longer know how to communicate. Because of language, every human now has a voice in their head. (Some even have more than one! )  It has made them neurotic and disconnected from others. Blinded by prearranged patterns and opinions, humans don't realize that they're stuck in a paradigm that has been forced upon them.

It's easier than you think to break out of this illusion. However, you'll have to forget about everything you thought you knew. Yes, seriously, everything! It's the Santa Claus trauma all over again! You've been lied to by everyone about everything. Most people don't lie intentionally, but a small group of people does and that's what makes them extremely powerful.

Good, now you know you're on your own and all that's left is the knowledge that you know nothing. Turn off your phone, television, computer and any other device. Put away any distractions. Don't talk to anyone, don't listen to anyone. Especially not to the voice in your head – that's the biggest liar of all. Nobody is more eager to keep the illusions going than Ego. But you are more than Ego, much more. Much much much more. Just sit quietly. Sooner or later it will happen. You'll be able to peel off layers and layers of illusions and it will be the most liberating thing you've ever done.
